since you'll probably ask... my best friend whom i have not seen for 5 years was going to come tomorrow, but she couldn't because of snow. i thought it was all over, but she is still leaving tomorrow and will arrive at my house sometime far after midnight. I plan to wait with my sleeping bag and a big cup of coffee. I'll stay out all night whether you come or not. I promise.

She didn't come at night and I thought she never called, I really did stay up almost all night, with 2 hours of sleep from 5 till 7. I was despondent cause I was sure she had forgotten me or something and wouldn't be able to come at all, and I'd have to wait another five years...
but apparently our phones were broken, and she left a message. I got it in the morning on sunday and had the whole day with her. I'm so glad she was able to come! we had a great time and it was amazing seeing her. Hopefully I'll be able to kidnap her again on wednesday
